At least one (and as many as three) rooms available in a 4 BR Squirrel
Hill townhouse, starting August 1.

Shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, front porch, small back
yard. Laundry & storage in basement. Rent is $265/person/month plus 1/4
share of gas, electric, water, phone, DSL and cable (averages about
$70-85/person/month).

The roommates are fairly busy people, so it's a quiet place almost all
of the time. Grad student or young professional preferred.

The house is two blocks from Squirrel Hill Theatre, close to Frick Park,
and there are several conveniently-located Starbucks nearby :) We are on
the 74A and 67H bus routes, and two blocks from 61C, 64A and 59U.
