One bedroom will be available in a three bedroom apartment from
June 1 - Aug 31, 2004 for summer sublet (dates negotiable).
The rent is now reduced to $340 pm. You don't have to pay for ANY
utilities or DSL provided you plan to stay for atleast 2 months!!
If you plan to stay longer we can further reduce the rent.

+ kitchen (with microwave, fridge, stove, oven etc.)
+ TV, VCR, DVD player, and music system in living room (air-conditioned).

This is 10-15 minutes walk to CMU or Craig Street. There are many
