Roommate required to share a furnished 1BR apartment in
Shadyside/Bloomfield area.

Location:
The apartment is located at the corner of S. Atlantic and Friendship
Avenue. It is a corner house on the second floor. There is a 7-11 just a
block away and it is a five minute walk to the 71-A bus stop on Center at
S. Aiken and to the Giant Eagle on Center at S. Negley.

Amenities:
The apartment has several windows which lets in ample sunlight and is
modestly furnished. Coin-drop laundry is available in the basement and
there is a plenty of street parking space available (no parking permit
needed).

Rent:
Rent is $520/2 which includes gas and electricity.

Apartment is available from 1st May for a year's lease. If you are
