We have 1 bedroom opening up this summer in our 3BR house in Shadyside
(Fifth and Shady Ave). This is a really nice location extremely close to
two bus stops (71D and 500). The apartment is extremely well
maintained and the management is excellent. The kitchen is a little small
and older. Rent is $330+electric and phone.
We are two grad student girls, one from CMU and other from Pitt. We would
prefer a female grad student who is laidback, friendly, respectful and
clean in common areas. Non smokers preferred.
