August Apt Short-term Lease or Rental

Greetings,

We are trying to find either:

- 1 or 2 people who need a place just through the end of August (at
$344/mo + share of utilities) OR

- someone/a group that wants to take over the lease August 1 (or possibly
later in the month). The new lease would be for the entire 3 bedroom
(with an optional 4th br) duplex apt at $1200/mo.

The aparment is a duplex - the upper 2 floors of a house. The
landlord is ok with pets in the house, too. Features include
a/c,dishwasher,back deck & front porch (great for gatherings when
the weather is nice), off street parking, and big rooms (including a large
kitchen).

The duplex is conveniently located in Shadyside just off the eastern end
of Ellsworth Avenue (on Lehigh Ave) near shops and restaurants and one
block from the 71C, 74B, and 500 city bus routes and 0.2 miles from the
CMU shuttle route. Less than than 2 miles from CMU and Pitt.

It's a great place for students, young professionals, or a young family.
