Question about IT Returns

Hi,

Did any one start filing IT returns? I am using CINTAX for tax forms and I am stuck up here (see highlighted section in below screenshot). I would like to know from scholarship students, if they received FORM 1042-S as mentioned below? Please suggest how to proceed further.
