Lausanne 2008 nifti

Dear cmtk-experts,

I used the Lausanne 2008 atlas in my DTI preprocessing. Now, I would like to compare T1 MRI data to it. Is there any way to get all coordinates of a given region and/or a nifti/img. I realize that the gcs and gca files contain much more information. However, I just need the location information and ROI name for a meta-analytic approach based on the literature. Is there any way to get this information?
