Thalamus parcellation not combined

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks - I'm using Connectome Mapper - it is wokring well. ....other than the thalamus sub-parcellation is not comnbined in the final parcellation.

Do you know why this might be?

Hi Rory,

It is hard say what is happening. It would be great if you could provide me with the following informations:

- Which version of CMP3 are you using?

- What is the configuration file you used for the anatomical pipeline?

- What is the log generated during your run? You can find it as sub-<participant_label>_log.txt in output_dir/cmp-<version>/sub-<participant_label>/
