G’evening to all,
On behalf of the group who organized the newcomers gathering I would like to extend my thanks to those who came for the meeting this past Sunday. For all those who didn’t attend I would just like to encapsulate the few points which were put forth for discussion. This group is focused on newcomers who require help in initial settling down process.
The main topic being employment issues which are of utmost priority for all new immigrants. I would like to share the details of Mr. Johnson who works for a recruiting agency who has been kind enough to offer his assistance to all those who require it. His email id is jacobjo...@gmail.com. Another matter which was put forth was regarding transportation to church. Anyone needing transport to & from churches kindly inform this group and we shall try and arrange it. Anyone requiring or selling any household items such as furniture, kids’ articles viz.baby seat, toys,crib etc kindly contact this group.
We will try to organize meetings at regular intervals and will be informed duly .
