Excel speadsheet anomaly Column DA

Testing Excel spreadsheet against the specifications and have an anomaly in Prev 13, if there is "No Diagnosis" in columns CT, CV and CX, column DA (Was the patient taking or prescribed statin therapy during the measurement period (January 1 - December 31, 2018) opens up even if there is no diagnosis. This does not agree with the specifications. 

Are missing something?

Hi - Thanks for pointing this out. We are working on updating the Excel template and will post a new version soon.  Column DA should not open for PREV-13. You do not have to enter data in that cell.
