Cryo-TEM photos of wormlike micelles give some length distribution. Was it taken into account when modeling SANS curves? What is the reason for the smearing of the model peak around q=0.2 nm^-1 in SANS curves. This peak is from the cross-sectional diameter of the ‘cylinder’. There is also polydispersity in the cross-sectional diameters of micelles? Is it not seen in Cryo-TEM?
