Prayer room-Mumbai Airport

Dear Brothers,

Assalamu Alaikkum Wr Wb

 

Finally, Mumbai Airport Authorities has provided a small prayer room at airport. See attached photos. It is very small, with capacity for around 7-10 people. But it is better than before, that we had to pray at some corner of the airport, without knowing proper direction.

Well, Prayer room is located in front of Departure Gate No. 8, after Emigration Clearance, when you go down the escalator, turn left & another left. There is also a wash room near gat no. 8. So you can make Wudu easily. The staff there is cooperative & do not object to making Wudu over there. Matter of fact, they provided me with “tissue-paper” to wipe my feet.
