Job Description of Samsung CS- WH Inspection Team, (Customer Support - Ware House Inspection),

è Inspecting Vehicles & All Products for Q&A Purpose

è Analyzing Return Unit from customer Place Due to Quality or Liability Issues & Re-grading as per technical Function in the WH.

è Grading of Transit damage units as per technical Operation.

è Carry out Audit in the Self WH for Reducing Damage during transit.

è To carry out the Rework Process in the WH for the Product which is Facing Quality issues in the Market.

è Auditing of supporting courier Partners companies for a deeper analysis of handling our Samsung products by them.

è Raising Abnormal over the Service centers which is Returning the Genuine Units from the market without analyzing the defect & Solution Properly.

è Carry out the Surprise audit at Courier companies for Reducing Transit Damages.

è Auditing of Samsung National Part Centre WH on Quarterly Basis.

è Random Checking (Pre Delivery Inspection) of units Received from factory to WH before sending to the Market.

è Conducting Training for Logistics / Courier Co. Team on Product Handling

è Making Reports for the said above given task & To be shared with the HO.
