Question: Im a bit unclear on what the todo means by "adjacent block", does that mean either the next or previous block, or just the next one? Because in the following statements, it talks about the next block

You have the option of wasting that left over space (wastes space and may affect efficiency. see grading) that cannot become a few block or merging with the adjacent (most efficient, but significantly more complex)
