Passed for localci but failed for Travis?

Observed behavior: Travis failed

Question: I passed for both Factorial and Fib with localci, but Travis marked as failed for both files. I am not sure if it's just Github Travis but would it affect my submission?

your github checks are passing I don't understand what fail you are referring to
