which files are you committing?  try using the " add filename1 filename2" git command before commit on the files you want to push

Alright so i manager to follow the instructions the first time and resolved the corrupted files. Unfortunately the same corrupted file error happened again when i was trying to commit my final submission. I tried following the instructions from the link again, but this time the whole branch seems to have been deleted? I added all the files back to the git repo, but now travis ci isn't connected to the branch. Any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
