Expected behavior: matmul.s returns correct result

Observed behavior: matmul.s stores incorrect values

Question: How do I properly store the result of dot.s? I've tried 4 different ways and they either give me garbage values or don't alter the matrix

1) What are the input arguments to each method or routine

2) What is each register mapping

3) Include some C code to indicate what you are expecting the code to be doing
