Observed behavior: Travis Passed

Question: Initially I was not able to fetch the decrypt.pyc and then I ran my code in python3.6.10 and it worked fine. But I am not sure at the same. I submitted my work but I need to be double sure. Can you please check and let me know if the decrypt.pyc is fetching or not? I have shared my github repo also. I hope to hear from you soon.
