Observed behavior:  5.0 4.1 5.0

Question: I have been having issues with 64*64 specifically. I have tried changing around the block size but it didn't work. I believe I don't have over 12 variables either. I'd appreciate some hints on what I may be missing here.

edit: now I've managed to make it to 4.2 but still quite far from a correct answer
