Question: My question was whether we need to use hyphens if our tests pass without them? my local tests seem to work without any hyphens.

Please re-read the Validation segment of the assignment, if your tests are passing then nothing is wrong.

If decrypt.pyc locally reports any red errors then something failed.

If you use an empty cell instead of '-' sometimes it might work, but we cannot guarantee that.

Please ensure that you include - when expected for stalls but not for flushes
