Travis debug mode is banned

You cannot restart travis in debug mode as you will be blocking others from obtaining badges on their assignments. 

This is why we have provided localci. 

If you do not pass localci, you will not pass travis.

If we find you using travis debug mode, and preventing others from obtaining badges we will not be grading your assignments.
