Change the directory to ~/.ssh by using the "cd ~/.ssh" command. Follow the rest of the steps based on lab 0.

Do we do this on our own computer terminal or first ssh to csil and then do the steps?

Depends which computer you will be using for the projects. If you want to use both for cloning/pushing/etc, I imagine you should create an SSH key on both your own machine and the CSIL machine and add both to your github account
