Is that means we need to finish both midterm and final at the same place? What if we have plan to leave Canada or some other reason that can’t be in the same place? And also I would like to know when is the midterm and final. Thanks.

A new form will be set up for final.
Midterm - Week 7. Please check the syllabus page. We are currently on Week 4.
Finals date has is set by the university and will be announced by them in the october.
