Expected behavior: r18=0000017a

Observed behavior: r18=000000a2

Question: The program gets stuck before reaching the expected behavior, I think its the execute_jal that might be the problem but I am quite confident that both BEQ and JAL are implemented correctly, any help regarding this will be much helpful. Thank you.
