Please find enclosure my latest article “Adapt Quickly, Sustain Prosperity " which was published in the Bangkok Post on July 21, 2021.
Adapting in response to new conditions is easier said than done, however, especially when we are not directly affected by a particular situation. Leaders need to accept when there's a problem, communicate it to their people and set the stage for change. An organization that has a mindset of adapting quickly will be able to sustain prosperity by making the right responses at the right time and focusing on continuous improvement.
