Please find enclosure my article " Innovation should be a way of life  " which was published on Thursday 25 February, in my ' EXECUTIVE BRIEFCASE' column of the Bangkok Post. In this article I discuss innovation as one of the successful leader's key qualities. Two type of leaders are mentioned -  Innovative business leaders and Innovative managerial leaders. Both of them require outstanding abstract reasoning in order to facilitate them to work through complex issue.
