row count doesn't match read-me file

Hi, I know I am behind the times, but I am reading these data into SAS
just now, and I have found that the record count does not match what
was provided in the read-me file. Everything else looks ok (so far).
Should I keep going or is this a big problem? Thanks!

Hi Joanna,
Yes, the row the observations should match. You may want to go back
and check your data. Just a heads up that the program can take several
days to run depending on the size of your dataset so it may not be
ready in time for you to make the June 28th application deadline.
