showed off some unrelated talents last weekend in Fort Worth,
Texas, winning first place and an assortment of related prizes
at the second Van Cliburn International Piano Competition for
Outstanding Amateurs. He talks with Lisa about the competition

One of the prizes Christopher Basso won at the Van Cliburn
Competition was for Best Performance of a Work from the Baroque
Era. We'll hear an example of his skills in music from that
period as he performs the Partita No. 1 by Johann Sebastian

the competition in Ed Landreth Auditorium at Texas Christian
