Please, call the health department. It's okay if you didn't right away. I
think the suggestion of talking to the owners is the most important one,
though. I would go in a second but I'm not the one who witnessed the
terribleness.

They have some *truly* idiotic people working there, and from all I can
tell the reason they are chosen is that they "look" sort of "euro" or
whatever, or really skinny. Terrible service every time I"ve been, but I"m
a sucker for some of the food there, especially the salad with the stilton
and pears.

Please, help save us from the terrible workers. The owners don't know
unless you tell them. Please go talk to them!! I am tempted to print
out your post, edit out your name, and post it AT the bread company. I
might if you don't go talk to them, so save me from this task. :) Let us
know what happens. -Jenny
