The Niro's Gyros in Champaign (on Springfield, west of Mattis)
is open for business as of yesterday 5/3. They have drive
through and indoor seating. Atmosphere is pretty new, and
also pretty loud (there was a LOT of noise going on.)

I tried their Italian beef for the first time, and I will
agree that it is the closest to Chicago style beef that
I've had outside of Chicago. A little too spiced than I'm
used to, but pretty good.
