El Sombrero update

We were disappointed.
The actual main dishes were just fine. My Chicken Mole was
as I remember it, tasting good and home-made (but this time
not over salted.) The beans, rice, and salad on the plate
were typical. No problem.
However, ther rest had problems.
The salsa was watery. It was nice and spicy but not flavorful otherwise.
The pitcher of Margaritas was pathetic. Tasted like lemonade and
had about the same effect alcohol-wise (though we are big people,
1/3 pitcher should make all three of us noticeably but not legally
drunk ... 1/3 of this would probably have been legal for a 10 year old!)
The fruit with custard desert had no custard.
All this is very unfortunate; if all they can keep good is the actual
Mexican main dishes themselves this does not bode well.
