Meats without added water

Is there anywhere in Columbus that sells meats (incl. fish, whatever)
that don't have significant amounts of added water? As usual, cheaper is
better, but the regular grocery stores I've looked in all seem to sell
fresh or frozen stuff only with plenty of added water in it, although
maybe I didn't look hard enough.

Have you looked at Weiland's (http://www.weilandsgourmetmarket.com/)? I
don't know about the added water, but they have a great selection of meats.
