Please explain.

Bullship! Youre not going into any further, because its not true!

You Stevie, are a liar...pure and simple.

You tried to make yourself look knowledgable, so you fabricated this story
to try to whoo people into thinking you know something about computers.

Fact is, you are a dumbass, and know nothing.

> All I will say

Do us a favor Stevie...post a link from this "1989 law" you speak of, and
then everything will be fine, right?

Oh, cant do it? Thats right...you are a liar.

I have had no problem with CCW over many years. You can get a custom
machine, with decent hardware, at a good price. They fill a niche in the
market for those who want entry level machines, all the way to to powerfull
gaming systems. People who dont know much about computer hardware and
archtecture, should stay away from such machines tho.

Tell us Stevie, could this be another "story" that you are fabricating, to
try to show you know something about computers? Because I think its
funny...the reasoning you are using, only shows YOU are the one that is
stupid.

Ok, heres your chance...when you reply and post the link to "Stevie's Law",
let us know why CCW knows nothing about computers, and are ripoffs, ok?

We are all waiting...

LOL! This *proves*youre full of crap Stevie! CCW is one of the most
reasonable custom centers around. You can get *exactly* what you want, at a
great price, with quality componets. You are an idiot.

> End of discussion and were done talking!

Yeah, youre done talking allright...youre done talking because you are a
liar. You said you had "proof" that you couldnt but a computer without an
OS, AND, you said you would prove. Now you are backing out.

Stevie, you are an idiot, a liar, and an asshole. You owe me, and this group
an apoligy for your lies.

My 2 cents. A typical PC needs to have a OS. Is it a law, I do not know!!
However, I know several vendors that will sell you a business class server sans
OS. Why? That way you can install what ever OS you want A series, Unix, SCO,
Lunix, Dos, Windows....

It is not law, and never has been.

Yup...all true, and don't forget IBM's OS/2 warp. :)

BTW, is MS DOS (stand alone) still in production? Last I heard was version
7.0, but that was quite a few years ago.

I still have my 3 floppy disk set of 3.2!

Yup...all true, and don't forget IBM's OS/2 warp.  :)  My client that used OS2 have switched to some windows apps now, so I left it off.

BTW, is MS DOS (stand alone) still in production? Last I heard was version

7.0, but that was quite a few years ago.  Not sure But I had OCE' printers (2000-2004) that ran in some sort of NT dos environment.  Okay do not ask me what this is.  All I know is it was NT but if you looked (via hyperterminal) at it all you got was a comand prompt, never a GUI enviroment.  And yet it took about three minutes to post / boot (and 15 minutes to warm up and print)!?!?!?
