Kindly find the letter for your FCs and send them a separate single mail (in their personal mail ID and cc the official FC mail ID and me) asking back for the signed scanned pdf copy as soon as possible.

Mail subject line should be "Consultancy_Agreement_FC_Baghmora_Sootea"

Mail body should be
