Plone survey release

Hi,

I'm thinking of making a 1.2.2 release of PloneSurvey for Plone 2.5
compatibility. Then we can start working on Plone 3 compatibility on
trunk, and if we need to bug fix for 2.5 we can do it in a branch.

If no one has any objections, I'll release it towards the end of next
week.
