With your confirmation of Sunday Feb 24th2013 , we are proceeding with our plan to conduct this ½ day workshop each at your Modinagar UP Campus(es) for FOUR Group Institutes as below:

• KNGD Modi Engineering College
• Dr. K.N. Modi Engineering College
• Centre For Management Development / CMD.

 Programme Expectation

 

1. Expected Participation (150) in morning workshop:

 

Faculty , Students (UG/PG) , External Faculty  you invite  from Humanities ,  Social Sciences , Management apart from Sciences & Engineering

 

Afternoon  workshop: Optional (at your group institute if located close by)

 

2. Venue : Your Auditorium/ seminar hall with Projector screen & internet connectity/wi fi/ USB Dongle etc

 

3. Printouts / Xerox for attached documents

While the visiting Classle team usually carry copies, you may keep then handy too - printouts/ photocopies etc towards feedback & participation / attendance sheets for morning session.

 

4. Logistics

Classle visiting team might be unfamiliar with the location / region. On their arrival at your location - nearest Railway Junction / Bus terminus / Airport  – we thank  your Institution for help & guidance  around local logistics to visit  your Campus / Guest House.
