• Determine applicant requirements by closely studying job description and job qualifications

• Search, screen and interview candidates using various job portals

• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates

• Document candidate and client communications for future reference

• Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources

Desired candidate profile:

• Final year student with specialization in HR/Marketing/Finance/Operations

• Stable academic and behavioral record

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Must be highly competitive, innovative and resourceful

• Preference will be given to female applicants
