Hi Folks,
Thanks to all of you who came out to our 18th Century Summer Market Fair on
Saturday and Sunday. It was the largest Summer fair we've ever held in 29
years so we are very tired but very happy. More than 300 volunteers work to
put this event on and it is truly a labor of love for everyone.

The Book Store will be open tomorrow as usual, Wednesday from 3 to 8 pm.
We've kept the cookbooks on the front tables and have added 8 more boxes.
Steve has added more history, military, etc. and everything in that room is
still 50% off the marked price. And Marg has put all of the audio/video
stuff 50% off as well. So there are some great deals on audio books, dvd's,
records, cd's and all standard paperback books are 10 for $1.00 again.

We'll crank up the air conditioning and have the coffee and cookies at the
ready. Look forward to seeing you and don't forget we now take credit cards
in addition to cash and checks.

Thank you for supporting us in everything that we do.

Hi Folks,
We have decided to close the 18th century farm site Thursday and Friday due
to the extreme heat however The GateHouse Shop will remain open. This is
for the safety of our staff, volunteers and animals. The Farm will be open
Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 4:30 as usual. Please be careful and stay
cool.
Thank you.

Hi Folks,
Hope to see you tomorrow at the Book Store which will be open on Wednesday
from 3 to 8 pm. Marg has covered all of the tables with "new" old books and
added lots more to the Old Tomes shelves. On half price (50% off) this week
will be all books in the Mystery/Thriller, Science, Foreign Language,
Religion and Self Help categories. We've also switched out all of the
standard paperback books and they are still 10 for a $1. And we have two
boxes of pamphlet style cookbooks (think Pillsbury) which will be absolutely
FREE! The AC and coffee will be on and the cookies out so join us if you
can.
Thanks,
