The slides from our presentation at the Bay Area Cassandra Summit 2013 are available here:

The presentation also includes a brief discussion of our scalability testing where we are showing CQS throughput scalability as a function of Cassandra ring size. Ring sizes were ranging from 4 to 24 nodes in an OpenStack cloud.
