Cassandra authentication with the Astyanax driver

Howdy,

I can't appear to get CMB to work with Cassandra authentication enabled in 2.2.41 which is using the Astyanax driver. The 'cmb.hector.username' and 'cmb.hector.password' fields work fine when running 2.2.37 but I'm assuming they are no longer used in 2.2.41? For grins I tried 'cmb.astyanax.username' with no luck.
