IDG Capital Partners is an investment firm with over US$2.5B capital under management, located in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, and Boston. We primarily focus on leading companies in consumer products, franchise services, internet and wireless application, new media, education, healthcare, new energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors. We invest in all stages of the company lifecycle from early stage to pre-IPO. Our investments range from US$1M to US$100M. Since 1992, as one of the earliest foreign investment funds to enter the Chinese market, we have invested in over 200 diverse outstanding companies, such as Ctrip, Home Inns, Baidu, Soufun, Tencent, Kingdee, China Finance Online, Sohu, Wu-Mart, EVE NY, Andon, VANCL and Hanting. We have successfully exited from 50 investments through M&A or IPO in US, Hong Kong and China.

  About the Internship:

Industry: Consumer Sector

Duration: At lease 2 months from early May to early July

Location: Beijing, you need to guarantee your availability  

Time Slot: 3 days per week at least

Qualification: junior/senior and postgraduate students

Note: there will be no conversion opportunity to a full-time job, but this experience will be a very strong plus on your resume when applying for any other jobs
