方源资本招实习生

各位师弟师妹好，我叫韩旭，是CMASZ的2009级会员，现在在BCG工作。
可能前两天大家也看到了于静文在CMA总部群里面发出的方源资本实习生信息，刚好我和星辰(copied here)都在方源实习过一段时间，所以方源负责招实习生的Associate也让我们帮着递两个简历过去。
主要就是两个要求：
1. 保证时间——大概5月底开始，希望做到年底，最少不少于5个月，每周4天；
2. 一些基本的投行技能：基本的估值概念(不要求DCF，但起码会做comps)；基本的信息搜集能力(Bloomberg, Capital IQ, 翻公告研究报告，etc.)；基本的行业及公司分析能力(e.g. 评价一个公司的投资价值大概需要怎么看)。

Job responsibilities
· Involve in in-depth deal screening, market analysis, due diligence and deal evaluation

Position qualifications

· Strong leadership and teamwork skills
· Superior work ethic with strong ownership and positive attitude
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Majors in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred, or equal knowledge of finance and investing
· Previous internship experience in investment banking, equity research, consulting or VC/PE firms will be a plus
About FountainVest’s Intern Analyst program
· The intern analyst position is based in FountainVest ’s Beijing Office in Suite 3410, China World Office 1, No.1 Jian Guo Men Wai Avenue, Beijing
· The intern analyst is expected to work for at least Four days per week, better from May 15, 2013 to October, 2013 (specific on-board date and leaving date could be negotiable within a small range); FountainVest is flexible to extend the internship if the candidate is interested
· FountainVest’s investment professionals will provide systematic and valuable training on basic financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and research skills; the intern analyst will learn even much more from the first-hand experience in the day-to-day work to screen and evaluate investment opportunities, as well as execution of live transactions
