Pass source directory to CMake

Is there a way to pass the location of the source directory to CMake via cmake4eclipse? I have my CMakeLists.txt one directory below the top of my project and I'd like to specify a different CMakeList for each build configuration.

You can find it in the project proeprties at the Cmake4eclipse Build | Project
