Hi all,

I wanted to install cmake4eclipse but it looks like the installation link is wrong.

Unknown Host: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/15knots/cmake4eclipse/master/releng/comp-update/content.xml

Works from here. Just re-try, maybe github had some hickup.

Hi Martin,

now I am little bit lost. To me the "hickup" persists

Can you repost the Update Site link which I can use.
When I use:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/15knots/cmake4eclipse/master/releng/comp-update/

from new Install new Software dialog
I get:
Unable to read repository at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/15knots/cmake4eclipse/master/releng/comp-update/compositeContent.xml.
Unable to read repository at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/15knots/cmake4eclipse/master/releng/comp-update/compositeContent.xml.
java.util.NoSuchElementException

When I use the link from a browser I also do get
400: Invalid request

As a workaround, you could use
jar:https://dl.bintray.com/15knots/p2-zip/cmake4eclipse-1.11.2.zip!/
but then you won't get any updates.

Gives 400: Invalid request from here, but that is irrelevant.

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/15knots/cmake4eclipse/master/releng/comp-cupdate/compositeContent.xml

Works here, both in firefox and with curl.

But in your first post I see 'Unknown Host:', which tells me DNS resolution is
broken at your site.
What does
ping raw.githubusercontent.com
or
nslookup raw.githubusercontent.com
say?

Hi Thomas,

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/15knots/cmake4eclipse/master/releng/comp-cupdate/compositeContent.xml

gives an error 404 to me. :-(
Tried a little bit with our proxy settings without success.

But I could install it now from

https://dl.bintray.com/15knots/p2-zip/cmake4eclipse-1.11.2.zip

So my problem is solved - I can use it now, will try the update site again after your next release.

Thank you

I could get cmake4eclipse 3.0.6 and install it on Eclipse 2022-12 (Linux) by downloading an archive from this repo:

It worked from me. I installed it from the Help -> Install new software menu item.
