tests: verbose output or output-on-failure

It would be really nice to be able to pass options to ctest. Specifically I need the -V verbose flag. --output-on-failure would also be nice.
Any plans for this?

Sure, I can work on adding these. I'm trying to get to a stopping
point on another project but then I'll swing back around to this.

Cool. I think if the test goal supported <environmentVariables> and <options> as the generate goal does, all my use-cases would be covered.

I wondered about exposing options and environmentVariables in that way
and was just concerned I'd be opening up a larger door than I intended
to support. Ideally, there would be a test cases for each option made
available through the plugin. I don't have a use for the wide range
of options in ctest, personally (though I definitely see the use for
the two you mentioned before), and, so, was a bit hesitant to open
that door without the ability to do the testing for each.

I added these and pushed up to the hg repo.  If you want to check it out and test them out to see if they'll cover your use-cases that would be great.
