At KS, we are seeking a high priority, urgent hire. We are 20 interviews deep, and have been unable to find someone who fits our mix of desired experience and company culture.

High Level Overview & Job Description:

• Seeking someone to fill the role of Head of Recruiting & Retention, this will be a mix between working with our current 45 employees and a massive onboarding initiative for the new hires needed, (20 total in the next two quarters alone)
• HR experience or interest is a must. Our ideal candidate has been working on a recruitment team for the last couple years, and has been seeking an opportunity to run his/her own show. Thats what we're offering within this role
