I'm using the clusterctl stack to power two stacks of 5.

I've got one node acting as a controller for both nodes.

a clusterctl status shows the pi's correctly and I can control them just fine

clusterhat:False

clusterctrl:2

maxpi:10

throttled:NA

ctrl_bus:20:23:5 21:22:5

ctrl20:FW:1.5 ADC1:5059mV ADC2:12036mV T1:26.23C

p1:1

p2:1

p3:1

p4:1

p5:1

ctrl21:FW:1.5 ADC1:5117mV ADC2:12102mV T1:21.31C

p6:1

p7:1

p8:1

p9:1

p10:1

what I'd like to try to do (I thought I'd logged. bug/feature request for this but can''t find it) is somehow assign friendly names to the devices within the clusterctl application, so I can identify nodes easier, eg: something like

clusterhat:False

clusterctrl:2

maxpi:10

throttled:NA

ctrl_bus:20:23:5 21:22:5

ctrl20:FW:1.5 ADC1:5059mV ADC2:12036mV T1:26.23C

p1:1:node1

p2:1:meganode

p3:1:salt

p4:1:pepper

p5:1bump

ctrl21:FW:1.5 ADC1:5117mV ADC2:12102mV T1:21.31C

p6:1:deathstar

p7:1:crash

p8:1:burn

p9:1:dumbo

p10:1:cheese

this will allow me to take action on a node without having to refer to a cheat sheet page mapping the devices to hostname/friendly name

Anyone doing anything similar ?

thanks
