I am attempting to connect from my controller Pi to the Pi Zeros in the clusterhat.  I have an IP address (taken from the Pi DHCP server) and am able to connect (SSH p...@192.168.2.204) but can not get through the password which I haven't changed so should still be raspberry.  That doesn't work.  Neither does leaving the password blank or trying to log in with root.  Any help would be appreciated.

For the ClusterCTRL images the default "pi" users password is "clusterctrl" (as shown on the download page).

Chris.

Hi Chris,
I am using a RaspberryPI 3B+ with a clusterhat version 2.4 with four Raspberry Pi Zero W version 1.1
The cluster controller (3B+) is running stock ClusterCTRL-2020-02-13-full-1-CBRIDGE.img
The Pi Zeros are using microSD cards with  ClusterCTRL-2020-02-13-lite-1-p<boardnum 1-4>.img
After discovering "clusterctrl on p1 p2 p3 p4" I was able to power up the boards
On the cluster controller, ifconfig shows ethpi1 through ethpi4 with ip6 addresses.
When I try to shell in with "ssh -l pi fe80::222:82ff:feff:fe01%ethpi1", I get a login prompt for a password.
Unfortunately, it is not accepting "clusterctrl". I don't know where to go with this, any ideas?

But my guess is you've taken the IP address on the ethpiX interface and trying to log into that which means you're trying to log into the controller not the pX Pi Zero and you've probably already changed the password there.

As both controller and pX images have Avahi running you should be able to SSH in with "ssh p...@pX.local" from the controller or check for the IP on your DHCP server/router.

Chris.
