if i have a setup with 4 rpi0 booting on usb (no sdcard) fonctionnal, what happend if i plug an sdcard in a rpi0 and reboot this node? Which one will boot first? usb or sdcard?

It would try to boot from the SD card first. If the SD card doesn't have a FAT partition with the boot files it will fall back to booting over USB with rpiboot.
