Theming ClueMapper

I have successfully created a theme for cluemapper, and placed it in /
usr/etc/cluemapper/themes

It's nice that I am not required to restart CM in order to then have
the theme available to projects, or to load modifications.

However, I have the following questions:

Is there any way to set the default theme to this installed theme,
or otherwise make this theme the default for newly-created projects?

How do I get CM to apply my theme to the CM homepage?
